Lose weight while you sleep!



Dreams come true! You can lose weight while you sleep. I bet you’re very curious how this works so let me explain.

Lose weight while you sleep isn’t a diet, it’s about changing your nutrition, but only a little bit. I’m going to write down the fact now and I’m going to explain them later.

  1. 3 Meals a day
  2. 5 hours between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and supper
  3. No milk or lactic food for breakfast
  4. No carbohydrates for supper; only proteins, salad is good and ok
  5. ( Try some workout at the morning on empty stomach )

Now I’m going to explain how you can lose weight while you sleep when taking care of the 4 (5) points I mentioned above:

With 3 meals a day you don’t run the risk of having too much calories a day. You can have as much as you want to eat for each meal. The 5 hours should be ok between the meals, you shouldn’t be too hungry until you’ve the next meal. Be sure to drink a lot of water between every meal.

No milk or lactic food for breakfast: Milk will increase your insulin and insulin is know as a hormone that will make you fat!

Be sure to have proteins and salad for supper and no carbohydrates! Your body might convert carbohydrates to fat over the night, but with proteins this won’t happen. Salad is high on vitamins and dietary fiber. One more (and very important) thing is that if you’re going to do some easy sports, maybe a walk, in the morning on empty stomach you’re going to lose weight extremely faster. Sports in the morning is a booster! (but not necessary). Reason is that you’ve carbohydrates the last time the day before for lunch and your body is extremely low on carbohydrates. When you’re doing (easy) sports like a walk in this stage, your body is going to use your fat reserves to get the job done. And you want to get rid of your fat, right?

I can understand if you do worry about not having any carbohydrates for supper - I didn’t liked the idea very much, too. BUT now I know better. I told my wife about this idea and as she is cooking for me, she payed heed to it. What have I had for supper? Salad with delicious fried king prawns, a cutlet, a big steak, … I bet there will be many more things you can think of that are high on proteins and low on carbohydrates.

That it so far. I think it’s pretty easy. And the best thing is that I tried it by myself and it working great. Enjoy to lose weight while you sleep!
